What we need from you
Standard stuff. Nothing weird.
- Valid Michigan business license for your trade (where applicable)
- $1M general liability insurance certificate (we'll request a COI)
- References from at least 3 prior property managers, GCs, or commercial clients
- Pricing transparency — flat-rate menus or hourly with materials at cost + markup
- A real phone number that answers, and an email you actually check
- Comfort working with property-management workflows (photos, written updates, deadlines)
Submit Friday, paid by next Friday.

Job complete + photos uploaded
You mark the work order done in the contractor portal and upload after photos.

Submit invoice in-app
Line items, materials at cost, labor — submit through the portal. We confirm receipt within 24 hours.

ACH payment in ≤15 days
Approved invoices go on the next Tuesday or Friday payment run. Money lands in your bank, no chasing.
